  • All nightly rates are subject to an additional 12% Government tax.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Additional guests: The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 1 additional guest (surcharges applies).
  • Pack and Play and a rollaway bed may be requested at time of booking (surcharge applies).
  • Children 12 and under stay free and are counted towards total occupancy.
  • Guests may not exceed maximum room occupancy.
  • A minimum stay of two nights is required. Holiday and peak seasons may require an additional minimum stay.

Property Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
